You know how I bought the Hours album the other week and reckoned it wasn't what I thought it might be. Well I can't say that about the Hedrons album One More Won't Kill Us.
On the plus side they're a four piece girl band from Glasgow. OK that's two pluses. They sound somewhere between Patti Smith and Blondie so that's in their favour too.
A three and a half to four out of five star rating I'd say.

Good to see after a few weeks of strife that TDE moving to new office premises. And anyway, Dalmarnock sounds awfully similar to Kilmarnock, so TDE managing director should feel at home very quickly. Who knows, there might even be a big Donald in the locale?? In fairness, the new office looks really nice.
I must admit how much I enjoy reading TDE managing director’s slant on the music scene. If Billy Sloan ever chucks it, I know of a ready-made replacement!! The bold Jacky and myself survived the ABBA years relatively unscathed, except I have Greatest Hits Volumes 1 and 2 in my collection. My wife was less fortunate!! At times my taste is a bit more classical. I quite enjoy Pachelbel's Canon in D (Tried to insert hyperlink http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QjA5faZF1A8 check it out) and can even play a bit of Schubert on my wee guitar. The young people I teach just don’t have a clue about music. I heard a boy play some modern garbage on his ipod I swear sounded like Pinky and Perky, except not as good!! He, of course, didn’t have a clue who Pinky and Perky were. Than God for TDE blog!!

Ah missing out on the ABBA years. Sitting in your back room or John McLaughlin's listening to the Neutrons, Man, Steve Hillage, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Yes, etc. etc. As I remember you were the only one who bought the Neutrons album, I bought Man, all the guys had Pink Floyd, etc. and the girls were into Bob Segers and Neil Diamond. Oh and Donnie Osmond!!
But the times they are a changing and while right now I'm listening to George Harrison's All Things Must Pass I'll be moving on later to the Cocteau Twins and Bloc Party. Keep you posted on how that album is later on in the week. This is Radio Think Different signing off!
PS When do I give you the snooker lesson?
