While there are still another eight of the Executive seminars to go there'll be a bit of multitasking with work beginning in earnest on a few more projects, namely the eLearning Alliance Scotland conference and awards ceremony, Xchange 2007 and the Scottish Learning Festival. Not to forget some work we're doing for emap at BETT.
So here's a question for you, two if you're a techie minded person.
a) What are the three most important factors that make you decide to attend an event, whether it be a conference, exhibition, seminar or awards ceremony. Here's just a few suggestions:
- Quality of conference/event programme
- Quality speakers
- Exhibition
- Hands on experiences
- Networking opportunities
- Venue
- Location
- Cost
- Themes and outcomes of the event
- Part of an ongoing series
- Counts towards professional development
and others which I hope you'll feedback to me.
b) For the techie people here. Can you put an online questionnaire into your blog? and if so how?

Glad the first event went well. I am sure there is a plu in for blogger (there is for wordpress) but I'm not sure what it is? You could try http://www.surveymonkey.com/ and make your on-line survey there?
For me the top three would be
Relevance of Programme rather than quality.
Quality of speakers.
Opportunity for networking.
A good venue fit for purpose adds to the overall offering.
And I know the perfect one
